OMG, I think it's really Rexx. Please be Rexx!
And I vouch for that clue, I logged in on Twitter just to see if that was indeed the clue.
There are ghosts in Beyblade...
I've just been joking about that anyways. It's pretty clearly Unchained Blades Rexx, and while the quality of that game is questionable (IIRC it didn't have the strongest of reviews in Japan) it would be a decent way for XSEED to get a presence on 3DS as there's no way they won't be also picking up the PSP version. They're more or less identical, and XSEED knows the numbers they'll likely get by putting it on PSP.
As for Beyblade, the Nintendo based games (which are the majority of them) were published by Hudson in Japan, with Hudson/Konami doing the publishing work here. I believe there's one or two that were skipped for localization, but meh. The only remaining Beyblade game that could be localized is the one for PSP, that was published by Takara Tomy, but there's no way that's coming over. Even if it was, it wouldn't be this. Nightmare Rex wasn't the featured Beyblade in the PSP game, it was Vulcan Horuseus, with the game's name being Metal Fight Beyblade Portable: Transcendence Reincarnation! Vulcan Horuseus ...
Not like it's a big loss anywhos, as I mentioned before, Beyblade games have a track record of being awful. I own the first two DS games, and my gosh they're the worst games I've ever played on DS.

I'd argue that Senran Kagura, any of Marvelous titles or Code of Princess would be better titles to debut on the 3DS, but that's a matter of personal taste, even if I didn't like Senran Kagura.
