No one has the US rights for either Ultraman nor Kamen Raider
plus Gundam has bad luck here in the US for a while

This is not a licensing nightmare like say JUMP Superstars
please put this in consideration, People once thought we will never get Tatsunoko vs. Capcom because it was believed to be a "licensing nightmare" but due to a ton of fan support we got it anyway
So anything's possible
