    PSN Content Pulled From Amazon

    Source

"Chris K over on PSN Stores noticed that not only is Amazon no longer stocking PSN point cards, but all of the previous-existing PSN content that was up on Amazon has now been pulled."

I really hope this is temporary! After the last PSN debacle I switched to buying digital PSN card codes off Amazon and, yup, the $10 code I usually get isn't available anymore.

I think cards at least may have been thrown out because GameStop doesn't have them anymore either.

this could be a temporary thing, it just could be that sony wants to make more money by you buying their cards from gamestop and other related shops instead of online retailers like amazon.com

The reason I liked the Amazon codes was because I could get it in $10. The GameStops and Best Buys near me seem to only carry $20+.

Best Buy's site is still listing physical cards for me, at $20+.

I sure hope not, physical cards are how I've always put money onto my PSN account. I can't imagine Sony would discontinue them, I know they sell quite well and cost practically nothing for stores to carry.

Yeah I just noticed that myself. It sucks, I really liked using amazon for that purpose. I wish they'd at least explain why they are doing it. *summons Dalek voice* "Explain! EXPLAIN!"
