The PSP has my favorite portable games on it, and there's still so many more I'd pay to play~
So don't let it die out, yet. You guys can still squeeze money out of it. =D

Hard to say. There's no legitimate reason why the PSP shouldn't be doing half as well here as in Japan but for obvious reasons, it isn't. But the Vita has Ys which means that I'm in for it one way or the other. :P If the 3DS continues to flounder, that would potentially help out with Vita's success, but then the wildly popular DS was not a great moneymaker for a lot of companies over here because of the costs for the carts.

    Vita will do fine.

The only thing I think they're really messing up on is the save system.

I still remember when I got the PSP when it first came out and complaining about how I couldn't find anything good for the system that I wanted to play. But a lot of great games have been released for the system over the last few years. It's like RPG heaven to me. Sure, the UMD wasn't the best of formats, and had issues with load times, but still, it ended up being an awesome system. And I like to thank XSEED for bringing a lot of games over for it. I'd love to see the PSP kept alive.

Same for me but I keep complaining.
The PSP market here in Europe is awful. Lot of games that comes in US don't cross the ocean and worse, even the games that finally comes get near impossible to found, at least in France.
For example Ghostlight released of Persona 3...it was a total mess here, the games shop don't want it...but finally after months of complaining from gamers it come out...but way to late.
Same goes for Persona 2 and Trails In The Sky...
I personally don't care a lot cause I imported most of my games but it's a shame cause lot of peoples don't have the possibility.

Anyway thanks to Xseed to keep it up.

I think there is a good chance the VITA will be much more popular. It's getting a lot of developer support so far, and that's always a good start. If people aren't attracted to the 3DS, especially since graphics are it's major issue (in whatever way you take that), maybe the VITA will - literally - be more visually appealing.

If the Vita carries what the PSP did, then that is more than enough for me.

The PSP was Sony's first real foray on the portable gaming market, we can all see they're actually learning with their mistakes and improving the portable experience, instead of the re-designed DS Nintendo created on this generation.

It would have been nice if the 3DS is a bit more capable, graphic-wise. I think it needs a few more titles to really propel it forward (lord knows a Pokemon game will do that)...

The [normal]DS *did* prove that the dual-screen was a great gimmick (clearly the 3D aspect hasn't taken as strongly).
