    I was playing a game and noticed someone's avatar...I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out who it was--eventually, a friend figured it out and told me the name of the game....decided I would pick it up once it came to the States---I don't regret the purchase one bit--easily my favorite DS game.
    Speaking of the Devil, I was playing TF2 with this pic as my avatar before the game came out in north America. :P...

    Anyway, (BEFORE) I could find this pic, I had no clue of this game's existence. I was surfing on the web. and I finally got slapped in the face by a video of this game's trailer. At first I went like;
    " Mmm.... This game looks like one of those Good OLD Epic RPG in the PlayStation 1...." And of course, I didn't know why I never seen it in store, I check the site and the date of Release. and since I am in Canada; <5th October.> I went to the store and bought the game with the soundtrack CD on the first day.

    "Did it worth it?" Heck yeah!

    Originally heard about it in an email from Xseed announcing they would be publishing it in the US. I researched it a little and decided to get it when it released. I preordered it to make sure I got a copy of the first print with the soundtrack, and then proceeded to beat the game a couple times. It is so much better than I though it would be, I figured it would be good but it's simply amazing.

    I first heard about Solatorobo in Nintendo Power vol. 269. I remember being impressed by CC2's strong desire to create this game. I was impressed with the games art-style and possibly the concept (I liked it, but the fact that all the characters were dogs, I didn't care for). If I had money, I would buy it, partly to support quirky Japanese games in the U.S.,the game itself (I had to, for CC2's sake!), and to support such game like it (Quirky, light-hearted games). When the review came, I became excited to buy it. Although I never pre-ordered it, I did buy it two days after launch. The game's packaging looked great, and the entire design of everything was wonderful (Except the cart picture-looks fine). Sadly, I haven't played it yet because my DS Lite is broken. I may use my brother's DS XL, but we'll see.

    I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I hope you're feeling better now.
    I tend to keep on eye out for everything that's game related. Nothing escapes me

    Saw someone on Gamefaqs say it was a good game, went to it's board and looked around for a minute and then got on Amazon and ordered it.

    I was at gamestop with my big brother (well, my best friend, but I call him big bro because he's older than me and I like him alot) and I was looking at DS games because I only had like, what? 2~3 games which I already beat. So he said he'd get me a game for my B-day. I was looking but none of them really jumped out at me because they we're like, 40 dollars and stuff. So I find Solatorobo for 20 dollars new, and I was like "Oh my god this game looks so awesome!" and the cashier guy at the counter actually owned it and told me it was awesome so he got it for me. I played for an hour and I fell in love with it.

    I haven't been able to play it for a month (my B-day was a little more than a month ago I think) but i've recently started playing it. People called me weird for being 16 and playing a game like this but I don't give a single f. Fun is fun.

    But yeah, I can't wait to beat it, 100%. Thank's XSEED!

    Edit: Just to clarify, the cashier didn't get it for me, big bro did lol.
    When all else fails, freak out at your best friend then unknowingly hang her to death!~

    ^w^ Bwahahahaha!

    Nintendo Power.

    It always pays to stay subscribed to them and it will be a sad day when it falls. The coverage they give to niche stuff is great, because not being a follower of Xseed at the time I didn't see any online news about it.
