Xanadu Next is a fantastic game that absolutely deserves localization. It took it a bit to pick up, but once it did it was hard to put down. The story is more interesting than the average Ys game as well. Haven't played any of their other recent unlocalized stuff.
I wouldn't write off anything just because it's not LoH/Ys.
Oh no you di'n't!More like, Falcom make games other then LoE and Ys ?!
Falcom makes a TON of games other than Ys and Legend of Heroes. Other notable series of theirs include Xanadu, Sorcerian, Brandish and Zwei, and there are also tons of standalone games and Dragon Slayer spinoffs. Some of their best games, in fact, are non-Ys non-LoH -- I'd personally rank Xanadu Next, Zwei II, Gurumin and Dinosaur: Resurrection among their absolute top-tier titles (and Gurumin is actually available in English on PSP, from Mastiff Games; you should check it out sometime if you like 3D platformers, as it's a really damned good one!).
There are also tons of classic Falcom titles released in English back in the day that weren't directly connected to Ys or Legend of Heroes -- games like Popful Mail, Legacy of the Wizard (a.k.a. Dragon Slayer IV: Drasle Family) and Tombs & Treasure (a.k.a. Asteka II: Templo del Sol).
Falcom's been around since 1981, and has released a good 2-3 games per year that whole time, so they have quite a massive catalogue to their name.
