Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete

Well I thought that since this fourm was just for Lunar I thought I would ask you all what is your favoret battle for Lunar 2? Myn would be at the end with the fight against Zophar it's really intense ^^ What is yours?

Also what is your favoret cut seen? mine is the one with Hiro taking a bath and Lucia walks in on him and I LOVE it when Ruby scratches his eyes. I was laughing so hard I thought I would keel over ^^ What is yours?

And weapons we have to talk about those. I love it when Hiro gets Althena's sword because I think he looks so cool with a sword in his hands. I always thought that when he welded it that he took on a bit of Alex Persona because just like Alex he beileves in the power of the humman heart ^^ What is yours?

Battle: Zophar by far. I mean it's just such an epic battle.

Cut Scene: Well that one is kind of hard, I love a bunch of the anime sequences. If I had to pick a favourite though, I think I'd have to go with the True Ending. After all you go through during the entire game, you reach the end. Then there is sadness, then there is hope (it springs eternal after all), and finally you get the big payoff. It's a pretty emotional ending, a beautiful anime sequence, and a fantastic song playing. The perfect ending to a perfect game.

Weapon: For weapon it has to be Althena's Sword. Equipped with the goddess crest you get an extra attack IIRC, plus the ultimate weapons usually are the best right. Other equips I enjoyed the Yellow Pajamas, Gorgon Doll, Rubber Boots combo so you could run a lot longer.

Man, it's been awhile since I played this game.

Favorite battle:

Zophar pt. II - that battle smacked me quite a bit. I had to grind for 2+ hours to finally beat him

Ummm....I don't know. I guess the Althena Sword b/c Hiro got an extra attack with it equipped

I loved this game.

My favourite battle:

Although Zophar was an awesome battle that required a decent bit of strategy and rearranging of character's equipment and crests, I want to say something different! Other than Zophar, I enjoyed the Statue of Liberty battle against the Flame Fang, when Leo starts to understand the truth about the Church. I also never get tired of hearing, "I saved this for you, infidel!" Such a cool battle cry. Another close contender would be Jean's duel with Master Lunn, simply because of Lunn's battle animations.

My favourite cutscene:
It's not one of the FMV cutscenes, but I do like the scripted cutscene when Mystere rescues Hiro. The "disguise" was rather amusing. I personally didn't like the famous bath scenes. I thought the story had quite an innocent, fairy-tale character to it, so did they really need to add sex appeal? Probably just me being grumpy though and I do admit that the two bath scenes were important to the story.

My favourite weapon:
I don't really have a favourite weapon, but I guess I liked all Lemina's different staff animations. She's such a poser.

by the way who holds the copyright in the US for this game? ild like to see it on psn as my disk one is shot on my open copy of the game and i will never open my sealed copy

Oh! I am not sure about the first two, but I can say that my favourite weapon is the Dark Scimitar.

I still have the box set with that pendant necklace. You don't see special editions like that anymore in the days of "Special Edition" just means "DLC that comes out later". Art book and CD, it was nice.

I wouldn't mind what Tsuko said and getting a rerelease or a remake. My disc 1 is scratched a bit and at the last scene before "Please insert Disc 2" it freezes. I raged. Hard. XD
