That is one benefit, yes. I also think having save data from the first game helps unlock the final chapter in Book of Shadows a little sooner, though that's just a rumor as far as I know.

I have a question, Wyrdwad, we all know you have played Corpse Party BloodCovered ...Repeated Fear and Corpse Party: Book of Shadows.
But I'm curious, have you played the original Dante98 version of Corpse Party or played the updated PC version, Corpse Party BloodCovered?
