Who else is pumped for Xenoblade Chronicles?!

Soooo close to the release date, yet so far!

I am literally on the edge of my seat waiting for my import copy to arrive, I haven't been this seriously excited about a game in a long time.

Sound off folks, who's joining me in either importing this, or picking it up if you're from Europe?!

    Launch Trailer

Here's the full version of that epic song at the end of the trailer!

I'm awaiting my import copy as well. I ordered the special edition with the red controller...It totaled $90, but it'll all be worth it. It was shipped on Tuesday so now I must play the waiting game...It'll be worth it, though. This game looks simply amazing.

Glad you got that special edition, I've been hearing that it's selling out all over the place. If they would have added in a soundtrack or art book to that special edition I would have likely sprung for it as well, but I went with the standard version instead. It's alright though, ordering my standard edition from game.co.uk turned out to be actually than the typical 59.99 launch title over here, including shipping!. Let's just hope we don't get hit with customs charges!

Anyway, yea the game looks just epic! To help fight off the painful waiting period I've been listening to the OST this afternoon while working. This game seriously has some really amazing music.

EDIT: I was just reading on Gamefaqs that both editions will have the reversible cover that was voted on, bonus!

Disappointing that the preorder bonus posters were in-store only, I was hoping to get those.

My import is on the way, this and Dark Souls are the two big games for the second half of the year for me, with Mario 3DS as a distant third.

Everything was fine when I imported White Knight Chronicles: Origins so hopefully everything will be okay this time, too. I'm a sucker for special editions of games, regardless of what is actually included. I also like the red classic controller...It'll match my red Wii and be all super spiffy. ^_^

Yea Chaos, I was super bummed that the posters weren't in the box as well, that also would have pushed me into the special edition. I hear France has a special steelbook edition that includes a code to redeem for an art book, lucky buggars!

And oh yea Echiboo if you have a red Wii then that's a major bonus!

    Edit: More music!

I don't have a modded Wii and have plenty of other games I'm really looking forward to for the rest of the year, so I won't be partaking in the Xenoblade importing... I am however very excited that it is at least coming out in English and happy to see that Europe gets to experience it as well as The Last Story and Pandora's Tower. All of them look amazing. For now though, I'm still holding out hope that we'll perhaps see it over in North America someday!

I'm pretty pumped but the unexpected 3DS purchase set me back a tiny bit but I'll still be ordering my imported copy soon. My Wii is ready and so am I. I'll be e-mailing Nintendo of America my star points code and ask if they'll add 50-60 coins to my Club Nintendo account just to annoy them.

I think NoA has already made up their mind, despite Reggie's comment about European reception. Unless the game is insanely successful, they probably won't change their stance.

Still think North America has a good chance to see Last Story though, which is at least something (JP reception of Last Story wasn't too hot, lame that NoA might take the worse game of the two RPGs). Pandora's Tower I'm less confident about, but I wasn't really interested in that one anyway.
