Hurray! Splatter, I really appreciate all the links and mentions you've been throwing out for Jenna and I lately, and I promise I'll email you back sometime today. Been more than extremely busy since I sent off the plush, hopefully things will cool down soon (not likely though with school starting...).

Thanks for the kind words Lumina, and while my girlfriend and I don't actually do commissions, we can sometimes be swayed on certain occasions. It's an understatement to say I will be freakishly busy with one giant multi-part project that I've personally been working on for close to a year now, and I imagine it'll be taking most of (if not all) my spare time until around Summer '12, or whenever it is that XSEED decides to next appear at a con. We work real slow, but try and achieve a high level of quality and uniqueness that in turn ends up (hopefully) being worth the wait. Thanks! She took about two months worth of pretty consistent work and a lot of trips to the fabric store for all her accents and accessories. Doing her hair as well as finding the damn color in particular was a royal BACONBACONBACONBACONBACON, and we actually have an entire "extra" head laying around because I felt it just wasn't the right color after having already sewed the entire thing. And for anyone that's interested, the final hair color used is actually a *Symphonic* Mint, as opposed to all the other mints and blueish greens and such I spent hours looking through.... God I hate colors...

We had another center face piece too, but the iron on eyes just wouldn't print right or stick on correctly, so we ended up ripping out just that piece from the rest of the head and replacing it with another undamaged one. The second one went on extremely cleanly and you can't even tell the terrible things we did to it. All the projects we've ever done usually have a fair share of hurdles, but this one in particular was the biggest challenge we've ever faced, which in the end turned out to be an extremely good thing. Jenna and I learned a TON from making her, and we had an absolute blast seeing her come together.
