I registered here too for the sole purpose of saying "THANK YOU" for localizing this game. I had to import it to Ireland from the USA because of no PAL region release but it was very much worth it.
I sincerely hope the sequel will be released in the near future. Here's hoping.
Sorry for the bad news, but XSEED stated they won't be localizing the sequel due to poor sales of RGC.
I could be wrong though, only the future will tell I guess.
