They're pretty much a bad year away from going bankrupt so they're not going to gamble on titles that didn't sell well enough here. This, as mentioned previously, does make it doubly strange that they have no interest in localizing it themselves but apparently want someone to offer them a pound of flesh to localize it for them. VC3 would have chances if they not thinking for PSN DL for Vita/PSP + Limited Edition(if they really can do it)(Nisamerica will do it for BRS)
NIS America might do it for Black Rock Shooter, nothing has been confirmed.
whatever did happen to BRS? Wasnt it announced like last year?
NISA announced it and hasn't said anything about it since.
They have said "it's still coming" since it was announced, it's not like they didn't give a single update ever since.
