I knew about the anime. The manga, not so much.

Damn, you'd think with Senran Kagura becoming so popular as to have all of this stuff then you'd think they'd have no problem getting the game brought to the west.

Only this can personify the rage and shock I'm feeling towards how arrogant that response sounded, Atlus hires guys like that? Tom could run circles around him. If XSEED localizes this game, I guarantee it'll get great sales, retail or e-shop but my money is definitely on retail.
