If it was a DS game....it would look like a DS game. *cough* Then again I seem to be in a minority caring that the 3DS is actually capable of better graphics than the psp. Not to put down retro style graphics, but more options is always better.
But yes. Region lock! *shakes fist* >:O

The fact that a seemingly mediocre fanservice game is getting so much attention just draws to a very lacking 3DS lineup if this game is the #1 unlocalized 3DS title.
You say "seemingly mediocre," but the game has already been reviewed quite well, and is known in Japan as a fairly high-quality beat-em-up. Fanservice is a big part of it, sure, but the gameplay IS there, and they definitely didn't skimp on it.
And Shizuka: Check out some videos of the game in action sometime. It has at least PSP-quality graphics. The DS would not have been able to handle it.
