Senran Kagura (Burst) localization

Since Senran Kagura is braching off into several types of media, lets make a list of all that's out there. So besides the games we have:

Does anyone know if the manga are considered canon? They appear to be written by the game's producer so they may be. I know this was posted before, but for those interested in the manga Senran Kagura is only 5 votes behind in Deus Ex's polls. On voting on DeusEx I had an issue of it counting my vote on FireFox so I tried again on Chrome and it worked. Don't get frustrated and try different browsers if have issues.

They are all canon.

Seems people are scared on how they are going to handle the anime. Like if it will be good or just throw away advertising only.
