So, the team was dissolved, but what are its former members up to these days anyways? I haven't really looked into it that much.

I wouldn't say they don't care enough to make another, I think it just wasn't in the cards. I remember back in the days of Working Designs Vic Ireland commented that Lunar 3 was in development and that they planned on picking it up for localization, but sadly it was later canned.

Truth be told, as amazing as it would be if studio Alex came back together for one last hurrah, I just don't see it happening and I would rather them let the series rest rather than farming it out to someone else and us getting more junk like Dragon Song.

I wish a legitimate game developer would buy the rights to the Lunar series and start making new games. I don't mind if they reboot the series and create their own seperate mythos.

I've read a lot of arguments in the past about how they worked themselves into a corner story wise, but there are so many Dragonmasters in the lore of Lunar already that they could spawn a series just about the adventures of Dragonmasters past, or they could take the series to the Blue Star and start anew while still keeping what happened on Lunar intact.
