    Ys Seven - Vacant Interference (Mario Paint Composer)

    I made a transposition of "Vacant Interference", the kickass boss theme of Ys Seven, onto a program called "Mario Paint Composer"!

    I don't know how many of you guys ever played the original Mario Paint on SNES, but it had this music-making thing in it, and this program is based off of that.
    There are some limitations regarding instrumentation, as well as a five-note-per line limit, so I made the best of what I had.

    I love Falcom JDK's stuff; I hope I was able to do it justice! Let me know what you think. =P

    I love it but I got this idea, just hear me for a second here.

    take all the Flower and Airplane notes and replace them with Cat notes, post results.

    It's probably just nostalgia pulling at my heart strings, but when I hear stuff like that I'm taken back to summer days of playing my NES and losing myself in these worlds that felt so much more 'weighty'(?) to me than stuff like Fable or Dragon Age do now. The soundtrack of my youth is in SNES synth...
