Dragon Quest
Megami Tensei
Fire Emblem

EDIT: I may as well clarify that by Megami Tensei, I mean the main series specifically. I like Persona and the other games as well, but the main series really does it for me. Tales is also somewhat interchangeable, on some days that might be Final Fantasy (am I the only one that doesn't hate XIII and other recent entries?) or something else.

Oh geez. Series? 5 of them?

Problem is, there's always a few games in a series that are meh so I tend to go by the individual titles than the entire series but here goes~

I'm iffy on that last choice, as I haven't liked a lot of the newer Castlevanias... but the older ones are just so darned awesome, I can't resist including it. (:

I have a love-hate relationship with Tales though; as there are times where I just adore it, and times where the series just makes me groan. There may be a day where Ys slides in and takes its place.

I'd count them has different.
Harvest Moon is farming and dating
Rune Factory is above plus fighting.
If it were the same they probably would of added Harvest Moon in the title... somehow.

My top 5 usually changes a lot as things get bumped off and added and what have you (See Final Fantasy, it probs would have been 2 or 3 on my list but due to recent entries, it dosn't make the list at all) but here is my current favourites

4. Atelier
3. Shadow Hearts
2. Suikoden
1. Megami Tensei (Encompasing Persona, Avatar Tuner, Devil Survivor and the Main titles)

Uh, no order. So, no numbers!

R-Type (Hurrhurr. USE THE FORCE.)
Tales (Symphonia got me into the series, and I quite enjoy Vesperia and Abyss~)
Ace Combat (As long as it's in AC world, I'm cool. As someone else said, the Modernwarization/Callidutyification is rather... UGH.)
Ys (Falcom has me hook, line, and sinker!)
Castlevania (DIE MONSTER!)

And, if Mirror's Edge was a series, it'd so be on that list. It's the only "ME2" I really care about, to be honest. And it should be a series. Seriously. I'd squee so hard like you wouldn't believe.
