I couldn't think of anything I wanted to play on my PS3, so on a whim I popped DQ8 into my dusty PS2, and I've gotta say I'm surprised at how decent it looks despite being hooked up to my hdtv. If only all of my ps2 games looked this nice on it!

Just tried the Asura's Wrath demo, it's...weird. But i don't think it's for me, i don't mind QTEs, but QTEs just for the sake of QTEs is a different story...

I actually thought the demo was a bad representation of the game. I thought with the demo that it would JUST be boss fights and random QTEs, and the rest of it was cutscenes. I mean the QTEs are there, but in the rest of the game I find that they do have purpose with the story. There's also still cut scenes, but not quite as many as I thought... There is alot of hack n' punch through the game though. I can't explain it, but I just thought that the demo didn't really... show the game off well.
Just started playing MGS HD Collection on 360. I kinda hate discovering that the trophies/achievements are limited on the 360 version, though. Ah well, maybe that will be enough incentive for me to pick up the Vita version as well. I know I'll play all of these games many more times in my life anyway.
