If I play my NA copy, am I allowed to make it my GotY two years in a row?

IMO it's not as good as The Last Story. That'd be my game of the year

Three nights running now I've had the most unusually disturbing dream,
where I'm a 19th century french painter with a pallet and paint brush and beret and an ill fitting black suit
where I'm painting perfectly rectangular white lines on an endless snaking desert where people are yelling at me
    "You missed a spot"

I'm looking forward to it for a lot of the same reasons I looked forward to Xenoblade so I guess I'll see in June!

After marathoning some Game Center CX episodes, I'm starting up the copy of Retro Game Challenge I just got the other day. The intro says one thing, but I wonder if the real reason Arino is doing this is because his staff made him play one too many kusoge. : /

I was tempted to pick up a copy myself, since the Plats don't actually seem all that bad. But I'll wait 'til I find it used.
    Been itching to replay 1.
If there were no (developer/publisher) to complain about, we would need to invent it.
