Yep! Sending it now!
Giant robots... why don't I like them?
Why don't you like them?
Like, as a mecha fanboy, I really can't comprehend the notion of not liking giant robots. Even when I didn't like mecha, I still liked giant robots.
They're boring... probably because Power Rangers ruined them for me.
I uh... yeah, I don't get that. I try to be as open-minded as the next guy but... how?
BORING? Oh man, I don't get you. ): No hard feelings <3

I don't know, they're just unappealing to me.
Except for Martian Successor Nadesico, I absolutely love that show.
Nadesico was pretty great. Especially the insane amounts of mood whiplash.
But yeah, another reason I don't get it is since "mecha" is a pretty broad genre, and half the time I end up watching a mecha series more for its characters and gratuitous amounts of HOT BLOOD than its machines. The giant robots are just a nice bonus.
I mean, I know some people who seem to just absolutely hate the concept of giant robots, and that mentality seems to lead to a lot of bias against the genre. I've heard people call the genre "boring" (not one has been able to give a sensical reason how) while others seem to just generalize that all mecha is just mindless violence.
I don't really get it. :U
BUT, I'm glad that a lot of mecha fans seem to visit this forum. On another forum I go to, a majority of the members just seem to have no interest whatsoever in it.
