Just beat TitS (made a thread for it here). Are there new bosses or something on the 2nd play through? Otherwise think I'll be moving on to either 3rd Birthday or Monster Hunter FU next.

No new bosses, but nightmare difficulty mode rather dramatically changes the boss paradigm. I waited a month or so before replaying it on nightmare. Positioning and orbment suddenly matter when you could kind of just do what you felt like mostly in normal mode.
Yup. I've played the nightmare mode on January, without carrying on the levels (I carried only the quartz and the equipment), and from chapter 3 the game is dramatically difficult (the first 2 chapters and the prologue were very easy, instead). Beating 2nd Liutenant Lorence was truly a pain: i think it was even worse than killing Der Richter without Zanmato rotfl. It took me over 100 tries before beating him...
Ordered Saint Seiya: SB and a UK PSN card yesterday off of Amazon. Will be playing that as soon as it arrives.

Xenoblade: 121 hours. I *think* I may be getting close to the end but every time I think that the game throws more quests at me. Now that I'm doing more crafting, I'm running into quite a few stat caps. Hit my first 5 digit exp kill earlier today and a surprisingly easy one at that considering I had no healer in the group at the time.
That shouldn't be too surprising, groups without a "real" healer > groups with a "real" healer.
You know the level 98 dinosaurs roaming a particular area? Yeah, I killed one of those earlier today. At level 79. Didn't even give me the drop I wanted though and I was too dumb to think to save before I opened the chest.
Blizzard randomly gave me a month free game time for WoW , my cousin left his laptop here for the week. Ohohohoho the addiction commences . Grinding honor for a full ruthless set on my priest :3

Three nights running now I've had the most unusually disturbing dream,
where I'm a 19th century french painter with a pallet and paint brush and beret and an ill fitting black suit
where I'm painting perfectly rectangular white lines on an endless snaking desert where people are yelling at me
"You missed a spot"
If I remember correctly, it's only free until level 20. Blizzard would never abandon the "pay to play" market.
I have been playing Disgaea 3 and Etrian Odyssey 3 and man what a headache. There is progress, but between the two the sheer amount of grinding just feels like work. And that brings up a question I have:
Can anyone here recommend a relatively simple game with a fun combat system? I really just need something to take my mind off of finals for the next two weeks. Hours of grinding wherever I look does not seem to be the stress reliever I had in mind.
