Hey everybody

I'm sesho and I love all kinds of games. My taste ranges all the way from Call of Duty to Eternal Sonata. Right now I'm playing Okami on Wii and 999 on DS. JRPGs are my special love, starting with the original Final Fantasy on NES. The last Xseed game I played was Ys Seven. I got all the way to the final boss battle, but had to lower my head in defeat. I'm still planning on going back and finishing it.

I actually have two blogs. One that I'm just really getting into the groove of writing for is http://thedeludedboy.blogspot.com/ where I write about videogames, books, comics, etc.

My other blog is http://www.sesho.libsyn.com/ which I've been writing and podcasting on for 4 years. It's about anime and manga, which is also one of my great passions.

I really think now is the Golden Age of Japanese gaming in the West. I mean there are just so many options for people like me that love these games. So many titles on PSP, DS, PS3, even the 360. It's just a great time to be alive!

And just to get it out of the way, if you are a member of these forums, you are already completely cool in my book, even if I am a geek

hello there i played eternal sonata when it first came out and loved it it's good to know there are others out like me who can go from FPS to RPG games

Yeah, I really loved Eternal Sonata. It was beautiful art-wise, plot was interesting, and the battle system evolved over the course of the game from turn based to real-time. Then when you finish the game, you can replay it with whichever battle system you liked best. I played it on 360. I THINK that the PS3 version has some additional content but I'm not sure. But I highly recommend that game if you haven't played it!

I like Eternal Sonata a lot too! But not Call of Duty -- too violent and realistic :P
