Personally for $10, i wouldn't think about it much. Their both pricey (double, almost triple what you're looking at right now...even more for the second one) if you resort to eBay and i know you don't like buying online. So yes, they are worth getting, assuming it's a kind of game you would enjoy.

I can't find them ANYWHERE now, I got ToV for $5 a short while ago, but can't find the others complete anywhere. I wonder if people started buying them up because of TiTS. Because I used to see them everywhere!

Yesterday Ys The Ark of Napishtim for ps2 came in the mail, the box was in ok condition, and the booklet was missing, which is disappointing because it said "near mint" condition. If I had known it didn't have the booklet I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere. Either way, it is pretty close to the PC version, but my pc version is a little whacky (my laptop is BACONBACONBACON!). I thought it would be cool to see Adol in prerendered CG cutscenes, but I don't really like them, I think that the characters look kinda bad and too "western" imo. I am surprised that a lot of the game has VA, albeit it's not all too great, but even most of the NPCs are brought to life with voices, which is a nice touch. The translation isn't bad, so far there isn't too much of a discrepancy from the fan patch, but I will say the fan version seems a little bit livelier, so far pretty similar though. I could be wrong, but I think the PC version used sprites, which I must say I prefer to the 3D models used in this port. I feel as if the whole game was made to look sort of "western". Overall It is nice to finally have a physical copy of this, it is one of those games that run really bad on my PS3, so I have to whip out the ps2 (seems to be a trend lately! i.e. Growlanser) the thing that sucks about that besides having to unplug the wii for the ps2 (and take away my sweet Xenoblade!) is that my controller shuts the analog stick off sometimes, so I'll just be standing still, I could use the D pad but it isn't as comfortable since you can move in all directions. Also, it could just be me, but I feel like I've gotten used to the ps3 controller so playing on a ps2 one feels weird. For some reason my index and middle fingers are uncomfortable on the shoulder buttons on this game, so my index finger is below resting under the controller, and my finger gets this big imprint from the holes where the screws go! Idk, it's probably just me. Overall, glad to have a physical release, but if I was Xseed I'd definitely try to get this on steam since the PC version is definitely superior, and hopefully tweak the localization to make it a little livelier. Sorry for the long post!

I've wanted to try out LKS but just haven't gotten around to it, and I never really got into Half Minute Hero, I guess it just wasn't my thing.

Thank you. :3 So, now it just boils down to if the games are actually worth playing outside of their horrible localization...

Also, great pick ups Nool. :3

You wasted your money on Virtual On Marz. It's been rendered obsolete by the 360 version of Force (which is region-free).

    Today's pickups (jeez):

Shadow Hearts: Covenant (more because it was rare; good conditioned, $17.99).
The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion and Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch (together were $5.49, only reason I got them was for how cheap, and maybe making a prophet; who knows though, maybe I will like them. :3 )

Dang, I got a lot this month. ^_^;; Oh well, after the final purchase tomorrow, I will be done until June 12.

Good buy Dusty, even if you terribly hate Tear of Vermillion and Moonlight Witch, depending on the condition you could probably sell them for upwards of $15 each, Moonlight Witch you could probably fetch $30 or more if it's in good condition.

I picked up Riviera for psp yesterday, I played it for a little bit on the GBA but this looks like it has a lot more meat in it. They also had Aedis Eclipse there, it was like $4, should I grab that or not?
