Wow... interestingly enough, I've actually ordered DVDs from deepdiscount.com probably a half-dozen times, and I've never once had a single problem -- the DVDs always arrived when they said they would.
Maybe I just got lucky. And maybe it's different for games.

Yeah, you're one of the lucky ones. I think most of the issues are when they have these crazy sales, they never seem to follow up on it. For me and the anime DVD I ordered, I was was just glad to GET it.
Yeah, that's probably what it is. Every time I've ordered from them before, it's always been on older stuff that had already been out for like, a year or more, and just happened to be cheaper there than anywhere else.

Out of somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 boxes shipped by them to me before I stopped buying there I think 13 of them had floaters with significant scratches on them. Their prices have always been fantastic, but I was burned enough that I won't be shopping there again. Online shopping always carries that risk but it seems like it's higher here than anywhere else I've been...and their ridiculously slow shipping and/or cancellations can be ridiculous.

Yeah, admittedly, they were still deepdiscountdvd for the majority of the orders I placed with them. I think I only ever ordered one thing from them after they changed over to just deepdiscount.
