And when you "win" the argument, you "lay their soul bare" and force them to realize what the best course of action is for overcoming their problems -- which is represented visually by knocking all their clothes off.

It's sort of what would happen if you took Kenka Bancho's fighting system, but made every battle a themed boss fight and put lots of crazy story and minigames between them.

It sure sounds crazy and a bit on the ecchi side. I wouldn't mind playing it, just to see how it is of course However, undressing under-aged girls and even boys is not well-seen in the Good ol' US of A. There's no way this game could possibly get a Teen rating.

It never depicts full nudity, nor is the nudity specifically sexual in nature -- but between that, the violence and some of the other content, it would probably score an M anyway.

Frankly, I just don't don't understand why Japanese games have fallen out of favour in the West. If it's not Battlefield of Duty, it's Gears of Whatever that breaks the record for most copies sold in 1 minute. It's a shame, really I guess the days of when PS2 J games would flood Western shores are long gone.

Agreed 100%. All my friends ever talk about are those mainstream games and give me funny looks whenever I talk to them about Ys or anything else niche...

Not to mention the added fact that it seems most westerners hate handhelds (could be wrong though...)

Excellent idea!!! The episodic nature lends itself perfectly to the mobile scene. Also, it is far easier to translate a single chapter and see how it goes before releasing the next one. I would definitely buy it.

Why not? It's how the games were made in the first place. The Ace Attorney games are broken up into distinct chapters, with each chapter being interspersed with intermissions akin to a play or a TV show. I believe it is the same with Ghost Trick.
