Amazon doesn't ship worldwide, it's for US residents only. Same for any other big online retailer, they won't ship internationally.
Well, I could preorder any other Vita game. So far RO is the only game I'm having trouble with.

Amazon does ship some things internationally, but not video games.

I successfully bought Videogames from the US amazon in the past. PS3 games etc.
I think I'll go with play-asia this time then. Saw the link in the other thread. Amazon had the advantage that I could pay everything up front (customs etc.).

Not sure what's up with it. Shows up under Vita games available for international shipping/"Amazon Global." You'll probably have to check with Amazon's support.

Amazon never let me order anything, ever. Not one single item is available for purchase for me. You can contact them, but I think the other games you can order aren't shipped from Amazon, but from the "other sellers", as a few of them have international shipping. Try to pre-order any other game from Amazon exclusively, and you won't be able to order them.
