Konami only have the rights to the PS2 and PSP versions (as well as the English script) but not the PC one. So I guess XSEED would have to use another script should they get the PC version.

Deuce has offered a script, and I don't think there are any licensing issues.

But I'd imagine they'll probably give the Ys series a bit of a rest and release something else inbetween. I think Ark is pretty much guaranteed to be released eventually, however.

    Would love to see it.

....y'know, without voice acting and CG. God.

    Steam: celestialblade85
Guild Wars 2: CelestialBlade.5107 (Stormbluff Isle)
Phantasy Star Online 2: CelestialBlade (Ship 02)

Don't be such a worrywart. The PC version has none of that in all it's original awesome glory.

I'd love to see it on Steam as well.

It's more similar to Felghana too, so people won't have to get used to an entirely new gameplay style like in 1+2.

I bought this for either 25 or 35 bucks for PSP, and still haven't played it yet. I should probably get to it as soon as I'm done with my current backlog.

I'd suggest you wait for the PC version.. The PSP one is pretty bad, with crap loading times and framerate.

This baffles me, if Konami can't do a good job with porting they should just stay the hell away from it.

So if we had a PC version, its without CG and Voice Acting ?
Like Ys Oath and Origin ? (Or Origin never had VA ?)
Anyways, when you said CG, it's the bonus ones ? Because my characters have CGs when they speak. ^^
