Download the Steam client and create an account. Simple as that.

Oath is probably not going to be any cheaper by itself, but it is going to be part of a bundle on day 5 with some other good games (Audiosurf, Gemini Rue).

Origin isn't though, so it could end up being a daily deal. Or, it might just stay $12 for the rest of the sale.
