Regarding your no credit/debit card issue, have you looked into a prepaid Visa debit? You just go to Wal-Mart and buy one for $25, $50, or $100 or whatever, go activate it on their website which takes like four minutes, and BAM you can buy things online!

Some people say "oh hoogah boogah $3 fee evil dum stupid y u bought that" but it's just three god damn dollars which is really BACONBACONBACONBACONing worth it if you don't want to go through the trouble of a credit/debit card just to buy like, two games. Especially if you're like, under 17 because then that would just be DUMB

Anyway, give that some thought! I've never had any problems with it. And again, welcome to our forum thing

For prepaid cards, it is a one-time purchase/activation fee. You will want to look at the fine print, there may be monthly fees IF the card is inactive for a significant period of time, usually somewhere between 12-24 months. Of course, if you know you wanted to spend, say $50 at the XSEED store, just get a $50 card, and use it up! I tend to convert prepaid cards into gift certificates at stores I shop at, just so that I know I drain every penny off the card. Though, the upside here is no shipping costs, and unless you're in CA, no taxes. So it's really easy to drain a card here... ^_^
