Well that's cool. Will probably pick it up just to show support for the franchise. Is it any good? I have no idea since I've stayed far far away from that show to avoid any possible spoilers.

This seems like a terrible idea. As far as I know, the anime is pretty much "have some major spoilers for the second game while still leaving out most of the actual plot".
It pretty much spoils the hell out of who [Shikkousha/Legion/Enforcer/Executioner/whatever-you-call-them] Fifteen is, which is meant to be a big early-game secret.
And that description isn't even accurate to what the OVA covers - it covers about the first half or so of SC, not any of FC. Hell, it opens on the FC cliffhanger.
Still neat to see someone pick it up, I suppose. Proves there's interest still, if nothing else!
I just read that there will be a SLIGHT name change to the title. Instead of "The Legend of Heroes", it will the "Legend of the Heroes".

Aw that's disappointing... I was hoping to play FC (whenever I get around to it) and then play this, but knowing it has spoilers.... Well, I still might buy it for support, and then just wait to watch it.Originally Posted by SpaceDrake
It's also becoming clear to me that they're not looking into XSEED's work on it. I've pretty much said on twitter that this is- to me- a clear sign that they aren't watching the game community or did no research on this. Which is a shame.

Oh I missed this probably not thinking they were referring to a North American release.
If that's the case, it is sad how they are not following XSEED's translation.
I don't really see why they're bothering then.
