Xseed community driven RPG with RPGMaker VX Ace

I don't know if anyone has used the new VX Ace version of this, but it's pretty awesome! If anyone is interested and wants to check it out.

Or if you already have then you can pm me or something if you have good sprite/tile making skills or can make crisp character portraits.

Just an idea, I have a couple RPG Maker projects that I've been chipping away at for a couple years, nothing serious at all, just something I do when I'm bored or in the mood.

I've messed around with RPG Maker a little bit, nothing much I just played around with the free trial for a couple of hours. It seems interesting but I'm not really creative enough to make much use of it.
Currently Playing: Ni No Kuni, TWEWY,
Beaten in 2013: Dark Souls, Dishonored, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, Tomb Raider, Enslaved, Bioshock Infinite

I feel like it takes a lot of dedication, and I'm not a super motivated person. So I have people that could make it great, a programmer who is familiar with Ruby, a composer on OCR (and I can write and record my own instruments). And I'll even have sprites and a story layout. But I have to be the guy the takes initiative and makes a push, and I'm not that good at that, consider a bad personality trait. I love being creative and having creative outlets like that, I'm just really unmotivated, I feel like I need someone to push me, that is my problem.

Yeah I understand having a motivation problem. I've been having a similar problem over the years and it can get to the point where it sucks. But good luck on your project sorry I can't really be of much help.

As much as I wish to create one day a RPG I'm far to busy, lazy and not creative enough for that. I did a bit of RPG maker but that was many years ago, maybe one day I will do a RPG project when I will have more free but I suspect that's not gonna be soon -_-

Yeah, my project is creeping along. This was more of a thread for a group of people to throw ideas together, that is how a lot of indie games get started.

There has to be a seemingly weak, but super manly and strong princess called Shizuka.
