To say the truth the wackiness of this game made me think it would have been perfect for NIS to localize it here. Thats why I crossed it off when people where guessing what Acquire game would be localized here. Still its rather weird I'm pretty sure Rising Star would have been a pretty obvious answer for Europe.

Trust me, no sabotaging has occurred here. We're on very good terms with NIS, and were well aware of this switch. It was something that had to happen (for reasons I'm not at liberty to divulge, I'm afraid), and was done very much with our blessing and support.
Same with Rising Star's loss of the title for Europe. No hard feelings were had by anyone. It was just the way things had to be.
Rest assured, no one's toes have been stepped on here.

To be honest Tom, you kinda make it sound like you guys aren't in charge of publishing the game anymore or something...
You keep saying that! But I don't understand how anything I said could possibly be interpreted that way.
To be 100% clear, NIS America is only publishing the game in Europe. We are, without question, publishing it in North America. There's not even a chance of it being lost, as it's already received a master build (plus, we've been showing it at E3 for the past 2 days!).
It's not really unusual for us to entrust the foreign publication of one of our games to another company -- look at Ghostlight's European release of Trails in the Sky, for instance! The only oddity here is that it was previously being published by Rising Star in Europe, but that fell through, and it's now being published by NIS instead.

Oh, well, thanks for clearing any doubts then, ahahaha..
I guess it's because I saw a website saying NISA was going to publish it in NA too so...
I'm not sure what website that was, but they were misinformed! Frankly, I'd be really pissed if that were true. I put a *lot* of work into that game! (:

Any chance of you guys posting some E3 Screenshots of the Way of the Samurai 4? I wasn't able to go on account that I have been busy and traffic is horrendous going to downtown even though I live 3 minutes away from Dodger Stadium. I hope everything went well for Xseed at E3 and hopefully if E3 is held here again next year I will try to attend and visit the booth.
