Which version will you be buying?

The differences between the two version are minor, but worth mentioning:
    - the 3DS version takes advantage of the lower screen by displaying the map and various stats.
    - the PSP takes the traditional route by adding a small map in the upper right corner. You can even enlarge it for your viewing pleasure. It does take up the entire screen however.

Fortunately, both versions include sexy anime girls

I'm probably going to go with the 3DS version because of the lower screen map. Plus, I have a lot more free memory on my 3DS memory card than I do on either my PSP or Vita cards, assuming that this game is even Vita-compatible at launch.

I once tried playing Valkyria Chronicles 2 on my HDTV, but it felt unnatural so I gave up on the idea.

It's an acquired taste. For me I just can't go with a small screen when a much bigger one is available. If I were going the portable playing route the 3DS version is the marginally better one since the releases are more or less identical. But hey, that's great, that means everyone wins.

Definitely the 3DS version for me. It tends to go many more places with me, plus if people streetpass me, it'll help to get others to wonder what that game is... ^_^

PSP, because it'll look better on the PS Vita than the 3DS version on the 3DS.
