Judging how the launch edition won't be exactly a limited edition, I doubt that very much.

You'd be suprized. An XSEED game whatever is is can get a high price in here. And RPG wii game gets rare quick

But not the high price I'm used to, that's for sure. Chances are, XSEED will also be selling the game on their website, so as long as they have it in stock, your copy won't get expensive.

XSEED probably won't start selling it from their own site until/unless they get copies back from retailers. And hopefully that doesn't happen, because it means they're buying back unsold inventory.

I think this will probably be more common than the Ys Chronicles LE (which was also first print, and is now kind of valuable). Given Ken's comment, I think in the long run a sealed copy would maintain it's value at the very minimum. Doubt it would be anything like Suikoden 2 or anything though.

Exactly, and even if XSEED said they probably won't do a reprint, chances are that their first print will be large enough to attend the demand.

Wow your not joking you have terrible luck with shipping. I've never had any real problems here but now that I say that I'm sure it's just a matter of time. XD

I've actually had the same problems in the past ordering CE games from Amazon. They weren't packed particularly well, so the outer boxes came damaged. Though I will say that over the last few months, CE games that I've ordered have been packed better and have arrived with no outer box damage.

On a positive note, I have placed a preorder for this game despite not owning a Wii. I just learned that the Wii U will play Wii games, and I do plan on getting a Wii U for Christmas this year.
