Did this make it into Way of the Samurai 4, and will it be in the US, too?

This article describes a game system where a character is uploaded to a server and placed in another person's game as a wandering ronin. Did this ever make it into the final release of Way of the Samurai 4? If so, will it be coming to the US version as well?

I think they said that they are only doing translations, so it should be in there. I sure hope it is I thought that it was an awesome idea next best thing to actually playing in someone else's game. (Although playing in someone else’s game would be awesome but it don't matter.)
