I gotta admit, this release date announcement worries me. I want the 3DS version, but schedule slip like this is just the sort of thing to prelude "unfortunately, stuff happened and we won't be able to release it after all." (For the record, I'd blame Nintendo in such an event.)

I've honestly begun to feel like NoA isn't doing what ever it should to get the games to the players... too many good games keep being delayed that don't seem to be because of development issues based on all the articles I keep coming across.

I really hope PSN updates early on Tuesday. I will be on a plane between Paris and Montreal on Tuesday night and I feel this game would be the perfect companion. God I hate long flights. :/

The PSN store usually doesn't update until later on Tuesdays. Five hours from now would be normal but I can't remember the store ever updating this early. I wish the update times were fixed hours instead of "it happens when it happens".

We're honestly not sure. Our goal is a.s.a.p., of course... but mastering and approval and QA and such are an entirely different process for 3DS than for PSP, and the 3DS version is simply taking longer to get ready.

Remember, this is our first 3DS title, and *the* first eShop-exclusive retail 3DS title (or second, if Nintendo beats us), so a few delays -- while unfortunate -- aren't really all that surprising. Sorry we couldn't make simultaneous release, though!

An update would definitely be nice, though I have to imagine unless Nintendo has cleared the game and given it a date, I'd expect nothing more than a "Sit tight, hopefully we can share something soon." type of response. I've had the money for the game sitting in my eShop account for two months now.
