I don'T get these two

The first one: a fitted sheet is the one that stretched over the mattress (like this), and a lot of people have trouble folding them neatly.

The second one: a mocha frappuccino is a Starbucks drink, a lot of recent college graduates are having trouble finding jobs in what they studied to they take whatever they can get (in this case a coffee house).
