Why would they release a demo after the games comes out? I mean I get why, but a demo would be nice to have BEFORE the release. Especially since I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet.

Maybe to get people that didn't get the game at launch to downloand the demo? For me, it makes more sense before the release as well.
Tom has stated in the past that releasing a demo after the game's release date can help re-energize interest in the game after the initial sales rush at release has waned. I think he makes a good point, though personally, I think it's still probably better to have the demo out just before the game is released.
Demos probably take time too, so the best thing is to the game out FIRST for those wanting it. I actually think it's a good thing to release it shortly after. Those who want to preorder it will do so, and the demo is more a tester for those unsure.
There is a DEMO in Japan server. You can format the system and then chose Japan server to download it, if you don't care all your trophies.

Understood. I don't know much about Japanese neither. Language barrier is a problem that's why I was struggling on chosing HK or NA server since my english is not perfect. Eventually I decided to stay in NA because 1: I will be here most time of the year 2: I can also practise my English skills by playing games.
I am wondering if RO US Version will keep original Japanese sound tracks for characters or replaced that to English like they did for most other games.
