Weapon of Choice

When it comes to video games, what is your favorite weapon to use?

Personally, I'm a fan of going mano a mano. Nothing fancy, just some sort of bare hand/foot fighting style, though I do enjoy claw based weapons

Aww yeah hand-to-hand. Nothing more badass than that. Though giant robots using their fists is even better.

Maces. It's like taking them down gently since you don't draw blood, except it's brutally painful making it completely not gentle at all.

They're pretty much for only the coolest people ever.

Though I'd like to say "bare fist," I find myself gravitating towards swords whenever I play RPGs. Then again, it might just be that swords are always pushed as the "main weapon," and the best weapons usually end up being swords.
It is one of the cleaner things on this list when it comes to basic matter separation, however, so I think it ain't too bad of a choice.
If tonfa are available, though, I think they're pretty cool, too.

Well, I always favor the healers, so I guess I'd be restricted to their weapons. And the staves have extra things they can do, so... I guess I'll pick that one.

I was always fond of the Tri-Link Bo Staff, after seeing it in Suikoden 5. That's a pretty neat weapon.

I voted other. I'm a fan of, well, fans. Maybe it's because I main Anji in Guilty Gear and that's influenced me, but war fans are an underrated weapon.
Secondary choices would've been polearms or hammers.
