Website SEO & Meta errors getting bad search results

I randomly decided to type Xseed games into google with Firefox 12 at work and this showed up.

Seems like one section of XSEED's site is not patched up.

I think it may be a hack that loads a different meta title than what is shown, it is usually found in the wordpress plugins.

EDIT: If you use wordpress, I know a way to take care of this. I sent a PM to Jess and Tom but if somebody else handles the site and would like info on it you can pm me if you like. The solution I have should take care of the problem.
