I hope it was and i hope it dies a painful death <_<
I don't care much for it and 3D being the future of gaming? pfft.

Because that's all it is: a gimmick. Just like motion controls with Wii etc. It's a fad that died down (FINALLY). I didn't see it becoming the ONLY way to watch movies either, since I know alot of people have vision problems and can't even see the 3D. It's like 3DS too: how many people actually bought it FOR the 3D? Probably not many, considering the people that bought it for the actual software.
I never really cared for the older 3D stuff where you had to wear those cardboard glasses, but I've been pretty impressed with most of the 3D stuff on the 3DS so far.

btw, does anyone here get watery eyes while gaming for awhile on a LCD/PLASMA.this have been happening to me as of late and i want to know if this is normal...
People are sometimes effected that way. For me, if I stay home all day and just stare at screens the whole time (whether it be laptop, handheld, or tv) I get a pain/headache behind my eyes. Only because I didn't really take a break and look away for a while.
I think they're both related, because watery eyes mean your eyes are dry so maybe you don't blink as much with your eyes peeled to a screen? Just like my exposure for so many hours of any sort of screen hurts my eyes.
Remember, The Great Gatsby was filmed in 3D. That novel really needed the extra dimension.
Wait, what? I just looked it up (haven't heard of it until now) and I see no real reason to turn it into 3D. Up until now, it's only been action/adventure and CG movies that have been in 3D. Part of the gimmick, yes, but I see nothing in this movie that would scream "I must see this in 3D over 2D".
