There is a pattern recognition aspect in that. It's a recognition of Gyalva's speed vs your own. There's never a change in the speed of that, so you have to take that into account if you're going to risk crossing the bridge again- especially when all the tiles are spike-up.

I actually stayed on the edges of the bridge when the tiles were spike-up on my Nightmare run. A lot of that fight is luck, but a lot of it is knowing when you can and can't take risks like that.

This. You pretty much have to make Gyalva a 20 minute fight and learn when not to risk it. Again, I use the Ignis Bracelet for almost the whole fight, I'm almost never on the platforms in anything harder than Normal. Just takes a lot of patience.

Absolutely everything must have a pattern of some sort because you can't program complete randomness.

First of all, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong thread. I have a problem with the new update. The opening and ending video worked just fine with no glitches or problem before the update. Now it is totally screwed up as the opening and ending video are distorted. I even tried to redownload the game but the problem still persists.

So it wasn't only me. Opening video was totally bugged for me too. I didn't check ending video, but the middle one seemed ok.
