Another show I need to remember to watch >_> I bought Game of Thrones the first day it came out (Target had on sale, blu ray, $34.99, and a bonus making-of disk... I couldn't say no!) but been busy watching my other stuffs and other general busyness... I watched the first couple eps a long time ago, but I want to rewatch them and then watch through the season...
I've seen the first season and it's great. It has a slow beginning, but once things pick up it doesn't stop. Well, at least not until the end of the third book (which is supposedly being split into seasons 3 and 4).
So Season 1 = Book 1, Season 2 = Book 2, Season 3 = Book 3 Pt 1, Season 4 = Book 3 Pt 2?
I guess I can see that happening. I haven't read them, but I do hear they are pretty lengthy.
I've gone through the first 2 episodes of Game of Thrones, but my problem is that since I read the book I have a hard time keeping still when I know something bad is coming up. I'll catch up soon though because I want to be able to watch season 2 with my roommates.

That seems accurate, based on what I've heard. The third book can definitely be split into two seasons; it's the longest in the series so far, and so much stuff happens in it. So I just came across Buffy The Vampire Slayer on Netflix, and I haven't watched this series since high school. Decided to start watching it again.
If there were no (developer/publisher) to complain about, we would need to invent it.

I keep up on that, I've finished whatever was the most recent completely season was, (probably 4). It's certainly worth the time.

4 was the last one. My boyfriend said that the first two season are different from the rest.
