I could see Monkey Paw skipping over the rest of the series and going straight for this one. The traditional JRPG format is a lot more marketable.

That would be a huge waste of time, as the PS3 version is virtually identical aside from the graphics being in a higher resolution.
But there are more active PS3 gamers on the US right now than PSP gamers. The very same game could be selling more on the PS3 than on the PSP.
Well, how well did Wizardry PS3 sell here? I'd imagine the demo turned most everyone off right away.
For what it's worth, Vic has mentioned that he's only gotten SCEA approval for Class of Heroes 2 on PSP. Though, if the game bombs on PSN for PSP I'd fully expect him to try to reuse the translation for PS3 to recoup costs.
It would give him a good idea on the demand of Class of Heroes 3, since that was released on PS3 and PSP at the same time.
Exactly, even though I don't expect that he'd release the third game together, as there are quite a few PS3/PSP owners that would rather get one version instead of both, while if he does the PSP one first, and the PS3 after a few months, I'd end up getting both.
