Yeah, CF will be doing Territoire. ESG just doesn't want them working on it until it's nearly done for whatever reason. Probably so they can focus on getting the game done rather than work on that and inserting the translation.

This pretty much sums up the situation exactly! I can't foresee a situation in which Territoire isn't our Project Five at this point, but there isn't going to be a formal deal signed and work begun until the game's more or less ready to launch in Japan.

Interestingly, though, on EGS games we handle script insertion ourselves. There's often a non-trivial amount of codework on EGS' side, though, so they probably still want to keep things straight there.

At this point,I'm pretty interested in seeing how both you and EGS will handle Multiplayer,as seeing both of you will be doing anything of the sort for the first time.

Hey guys is there a PC suggestions compilation thread? If yes, then I'm sorry that I couldn't find it. And if not, maybe we can create one, now that XSEED is releasing games on Steam?

Thinking of building a pc soon but I'm terrible at saving money! How pricey would it be to build a top of the line gaming rig?

That would depend on how you define "top of the line."

You could spend a few thousand dollars on a PC... but that doesn't mean you'll get your money's worth versus something around $800, give or take depending on things like whether or not you can get a student discount for Windows and such.

You're from Ireland though? Not sure off the top of my head where to buy parts or how the pricing is over there. I know some countries tend to be more expensive or have less options.

One guy I know posted a build on facebook a few months ago for a pc that could run Battlefield 3 on medium settings at 60 fps for 350 euro (450 dollars) it's probably cheaper than I think to build something worthwhile. Part of me wants to buy certain parts of a build weekly (easier than saving and spending the money half way to the target)

Buying components over a period of time can be a blessing and a curse. A friend of mine bought parts over a period of like 3-4 months and ended up spending around $850 for a build that would have cost him probably around $1100 if he hadn't got things separately on sale.

On the other hand, you can run into situations where you buy a component, and before you're done a better deal comes along. And then you either have to stick with what you have despite not even having a PC yet, or deal with a return, which probably won't be worth it due to shipping and restocking fees.

I thought this was relevant enough for the thread. I didn't want to start a new one: http://www.siliconera.com/2012/09/07...ames-to-steam/

I like where this is going.
If there were no (developer/publisher) to complain about, we would need to invent it.

I'll just quote myself from the HMH thread:
