Oh now I'm curious as to what happened here when I wasn't looking.

Funnily enough, some of Slur's posts used to rub me the wrong way, but now I know he's a Pink Floyd fan! and among other things, now I enjoy him and get along pretty well! And his avatar is cutting edge! Respect earns respect, we are all here because we're fans of Xseed too! I hardly know anybody that is a hardcore JRPG fan like me, so it's nice to connect with people that have the same tastes.

I'm not a fan of XSeed.

I'm a fan of some of the games XSeed releases.

    Is that okay?

Hiya SIN, guess we share the same interests too!

I admit, I'm a fan of XSeed mostly for their work on the Ys and Trails games since they would touch it when all the others backed away.

Konami published Felghana in the US, though! I wonder if they considered doing anything else from the series, I think it sold reasonably well.

Well, I mostly meant the Trails series as it is said that other companies backed off when they saw how mind-blowingly huge the scripts were.

No, Konami never published Oath, that was all XSeed. It was in fact Ark of Napishtim they published.

Yeah, Felghana and Seven were all us. Chronicles got to share the spotlight with Atlus' DS version, the old-school Hudson TG-16 CD version and versions of Ys I on both the Sega Master System and DOS... but Chronicles is way more awesome, of course.

IMO, I think XSeed's best work are the Ys and the ongoing Trails games.

I would agree. But I'd also throw in Corpse Party. Because Corpse Party is awesome. (:
