    Level start is depended on your FC cleared file. Start from 35-40.
    You got item and some extra gift from your quest as second help some NPC.
    Monster book data? I doubt that, there are new places and monsters in those. I played SC in Japanese version and got the cleared data from gamefaqs loaded in. None of them show in my monster book. (That is more second time play like it's on FC.)
