No, I totally get the frustration.
If you prefer more niche Japanese games, a lot of excellent games never make it over.
It's especially frustrating when the game makes it to the US, is already in English, but you still can't buy it due to business region-policies. It's stuff like this that means that while I love the Shin Megami Tensei-games and actually prefer hand-held to console gaming (the 3DS seems a natural fit for dungeon-crawlers anyway), I'm still really worried I will never get a chance to actually play SMTIV or soul hackers.
In Ghostlight we trust, I suppose.
And here's to hoping the next-gen consoles will be region-free.

Rising Star and Ghostlight have been very helpful for those european lads that crave XSEED games and don't want to import. If you ask them nicely, I'm sure they'd at least give you a sincere reply.

Amazon is notoriously evil for this.
I just stopped doing business with them altogether.

At long last, Europe, the fate of the world can rest in your brushes as well! It’s official: Acquire’s action-packed PS Vita platformer Sumioni: Demon Arts is slated for release in the European PlayStation Store on 16th January, for the entirely affordable price of €9.99/£7.99. Soon, the epic travels of the demon Agura, the lion god Shidou and the firebird goddess Yomihi through feudal Japan will brighten up those OLED screens all across the many countries of the EU!

    Thumbs up

It seems to be out - but not in Germany. So what now? I want to know why.

It's hard, if you look at what get's released in Japan. It's harder to see stuff translated and released in US. But now it's frustrating to see Europe gets the content, but not Germany (and maybe some other Europe country? - I don't know). I mean, what did we do? Since when did Germany became such a bad market? Why do I even own a PSV system? Certainly not to buy the next Resistance, Uncharted, Call of Duty or what ever.

And things indeed looked to get better - with some of the prizes getting converted equally into EUR. I hope we get the chance to buy it. I even payed double for Wizardry: LoLS (the NA version and later, when it came out in EU), to pay may share to get more games released. Now I fear that was an wasted investment...

Hahah, nice, apparently "European Playstation Store" means "UK and one or two other countries". Of course nothing about it was said in the first announcement. I really wanted to buy the game here, in Poland, but, alas, it was not meant to be.

Also, the question during registration refuses completely proper answers and accepts only one instrument name despite there being at least three different instruments starting with the letter X.
