Now this is popping up on my home laptop when using Chrome, I just never noticed it because I always keep the tab open.

How about now? Getting any weird messages or redirects still? I'm no IT person, but sometimes I can fix things without resorting to superglue. I might have missed something, but I can at least access the forums with Chrome now. Anyone else?

I see you've finally removed that line of code that was causing avast/chrome/etc to go haywire. I recommend keeping an eye out on this until vBulletin issues a a fix...whoever used that PHP exploit might try to put that code back in...

I removed it slowly and with all the grace of a lumberjack attacking sponge cake with a dull chainsaw, and I hope that mavmor thing suffered! But, yes, seems to have done the trick, and we're working on preventative measures now. Thanks for your patience and the info you provided.

Safari is Ok just checked, also Safari and Chrome use the same safe browsing feature so if its ok in Chrome, it should be ok in Safari. I guess I am the only person here using Safari in Windows
